A Question for Our Community

Should Stonewood's Board of Directors take reasonable steps to encourage member participation, or should it continue relying on practices that leave many members unable to observe, understand, or participate in the decisions that affect their community?

​

Stonewood currently conducts board meetings exclusively in person. As a result, many members are unable to observe board discussions, stay informed about community issues, or provide input on decisions that affect their homes and investments.

​

At the same time, Stonewood already relies on electronic communication in many areas, including email correspondence and online account management. Providing online meeting access and voluntary email communications would be a simple, low-cost step toward improving communication, transparency, and participation throughout our community.

This petition asks Stonewood HOA to take a simple step toward greater communication, transparency, and participation by providing online access to open meetings and creating a voluntary email communication system.
