Lordon Management

Lordon Management is the professional property management company hired by Stonewood HOA to handle the day-to-day administrative operations of the Association.  They work at the direction of the Board of Directors and help carry out board decisions by managing vendors, coordinating maintenance, assisting with financial administration, maintaining records, and supporting meetings and communications.  In short, Lordon helps keep the Association running, but they do not set policy or make independent decisions about how Stonewood is governed.

The most common things people contact Lordon Management for are questions about their account, maintenance requests involving common areas, access to governing documents, and HOA forms for architectural approvals.  Lordon Management also collects monthly dues and keeps track of the accounts.

Contact Lordon Management by phone at (626)967-7921 and via email at clientcare3381@mylordon.com.  Since Board members generally do not share their email addresses this email address is the primary way to communicate with the Board besides in person at monthly meetings.  Lordon management forwards email messages and requests to the Board as a group.

Lordon Management’s website is www.mylordon.com which provides several portals for members.  Access to the portals is restricted to members using passwords that can be provided by the property managers.  The Documents Portal is the area where governing documents can be downloaded for free by clicking on the Resources tab.  Navigating the pages inside the portal is not very intuitive, requiring members to scroll through pages of records, some of which are for other associations.  These pages store a random set of meeting agendas as well as HOA forms and governing documents.

Knwoing what Lordon does is very important, but it is also important to understand what Lordon does not do. Lordon is not a law-enforcement agency or emergency responder. They cannot intervene in criminal activity, personal disputes, or urgent safety situations. Issues involving immediate danger, crime, or disturbances should always be directed to local emergency services or the police.
